Your data, plainly explained

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Your profile: what you enter, such as degree, field, CGPA, test scores, funding needs, countries and an optional WhatsApp number.
• Your shortlist: programmes you save, their status and your notes.
• Forms you send us: the free evaluation and match-review forms.

We don't ask for passwords, passport numbers or payment details, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To show you programmes that fit and keep your shortlist.
• To email you deadline reminders, if you turn them on. You can turn them off in your account at any time.
• To reply to you and advise you, if you ask us to.
• To improve our advice, for example by counting how many students report an admission. Anything we publish from this is aggregated and never identifies you.

Who can see it

Only you and ABROADify. Each student's data is protected so that no other student can see it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with universities or agents unless you ask us to.

Where it's stored

Accounts and shortlists are stored with Supabase. The website and its forms run on Netlify. Login emails are sent through an email delivery service. These providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan and act only on our instructions.

Your browser also keeps your login session and the last profile you typed on the Find programmes page, so it's there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, your profile and shortlist are deleted immediately. Form submissions are kept for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Edit your profile at any time in My account.
• Delete your account and data with one button in My account.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete form submissions, by messaging us on LinkedIn.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell signed-in students by email.
